Summary: This is third time I stayed at this hotel. A lot has changed since last year… The entertaiment in the evenings were terrible, the gym equipment were defect, some interior in the rooms were also defect, minibar was never restocked. The food was ok, but the quality was definitely changed (we saw the logos on the packages and it was cheap brands)… the staff were nice, but long queues at the bars… don’t think that I will come back again.

Summary: The rooms are extremely run-down and in desperate need of renovation and mold removal. We've been to Labranda before and the quality of the rooms have really gone down this year. It seems like the focus is on the common spaces while the rooms are neglected. It's strange to claim that this hotel has five stars on Hotels.com when in fact the state of the rooms with water damaged walls and mold smell makes it feel like a much lower quality hotel. Even though the rooms are cleaned every day it never feels or looks that way because of the state of the rooms. The staff tasked with selling extra services like spa treatments, photo sessions etc. need to chill. The guy at the spa is weirdly obsessed with cellulites and uses this as fear mongering to sell massages. The plus sides of the hotel is its location close to Bodrum city centre and the beach.

Summary: This was our 2nd visit to LABRANDA TMT and they never fail to amaze us. Such a beautiful hotel and wonderful team around (restaurant staff, entertainment team etc). We will certainly be visiting again

Summary: The hotel is very dated but is in a good location. The staff around the hotel were mostly friendly, however the reception staff I found were unhelpful. I would also suggest the hotel look into its catering, the food was very average which is surprising for Turkey.
